General Help

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on “Sign Up” on the home page. This will bring you to the sign up page. Fill in the requested information (items with an * must be completed), then click “sign up”. You need to activate your account by following the instruction contained in the email which will be sent to the address you provided during the sign up process.

How do I change or update my account settings and email address?

To change or update your account settings and email address, Log into AML with correct credentials. Click on “My Account” on the home page. Then proceed to “Edit Account” to make the changes you wish. To update your email address, replace the existing email address with your new email address.

How do I obtain/change my password?

To obtain your password, click on “HELP! I forgot my password” on the sign–in page. Enter your user name (required). To verify your identity, you will be asked to answer the secret question that you set up when you created your account. You will be asked to enter a new password, which will take effect immediately.

To change your password, sign in, click “My Account” on the top right of the page, then click “Change Password”

How can I opt out of receiving emails from AML?

From time to time we send welcome, feedback/survey, new-product, customer-service, and other marketing emails. To be removed from our mailing lists, simply click “unsubscribe from this list” at the bottom of the email.

Can you remove me from a list on your site?

Unfortunately, since we do not own the lists on our site, we ourselves cannot remove you from them. However, you can contact the list owners directly in order to request to be removed from their lists.

What is AML?

AML is an online marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers of marketing lists of all channels (Email, Phone, Postal) used in every industry. We work based on a Pay–Per–Lead (PPL) model to benefit list–sellers and list–rental companies alike. We obtain marketing lists from as many sources as possible and publish them on AML to help buyers decide which marketing list is most appropriate for their marketing strategies.

The goal of AML is to serve as a one–stop shop for marketing lists so that buyers and sellers save valuable time that they otherwise would have spent less efficiently. Why waste your time skimming through hundreds of other sites for lists when you can find all you need on just one? AML is the way to go!

How do I add my site to the AML database?

To add your site to the AML database, follow these steps.

  1. Create an account and wait for an email confirmation from AML requesting that you validate your account.
  2. Contact AML by phone at or by email at info@allmarketinglists.com and let us know about your list. Provide as much information as you can to help us make a quicker decision.
  3. As soon as we have reviewed your information and list, we will let you know of our approval (or otherwise). If approved, we will request you to agree to our terms of use.

Registration/Seller Account

You must have a registered account with your own user name and password before you can manage your lists on the AML site. To set up an account, go to the home page and click on “sign up.” Follow the steps. Once your account is confirmed and activated, you can start providing relevant material to the site. To input information about your list:

  1. Log into AML with correct credentials. Click on “My Account” on the home page. Then proceed to “Products” and click “Add Lists”.
  2. Once you have added a list, and it appears in your products list, you can select it and click “Segments”, “Selects”, and “Addressings” to add more details about your list.
  3. If you already have a product listed and would like to edit its details, click on the “List id” number and you will be taken to the page to edit details of information you had previously entered for this list.
Important: All material must first be approved by the AML marketing team before any lists are posted or transactions made.

Getting Leads

How will I know that someone wishes to buy my lists?

AML will notify you via email if a buyer wishes to purchase your information. We also send you whatever questions the buyer has about your list. Provide the answers and AML will ensure that the buyer receives them.

Delivering Services/Service Guarantee

How do I deliver the lists to the buyer?

We work based on a Pay–Per–Lead (PPL) model to benefit list–sellers and list–rental companies alike. Once a buyer shows interest in your list, you have the option to get in touch with this buyer, after which you may sell or rent your list directly to this interested buyer. As a seller, you can establish your own delivery options.

You must issue a written guarantee to the buyer that your list does not infringe on any copyright and that your list is trustworthy and reliable. You can include a guarantee to provide any updates or amendments to the list.

What if I receive an invalid lead?

We make returning leads a simple, no-hassle process. If you get an invalid lead, you can return it online within 10 days if it meets any of the following conditions:

  1. all phone numbers provided are disconnected or fax,
  2. the lead is a duplicate already received from AML,
  3. the contact is another agent testing the system, or
  4. the contact information is obviously incorrect upon initial inspection.
Each lead returned for credit will be independently verified to ensure it meets the return criteria.

How does your pricing work?

Pricing is simple...

  1. Prepay for the number of leads you want – There is a $100.00 one–time start–up minimum which you can add on to at any time.
  2. The charge is $ per lead – You have the option to receive either all leads or only those who request more information about your particular lists. We notify you of a lead via email usually within minutes of receiving an inquiry. Simple! You control what you pay.

Resolving Buyer Issues and Complaints

What do I do when a buyer complains about my list?

We strongly encourage you to resolve the issues or complaints with the buyer directly. While AML reviews lists prior to posting on the web site, we are not responsible for the accuracy and relevancy of your list. Note that your use of our platform to sell your list explicitly indicates your agreement to our terms of use.

Note too that we are not responsible for any complaints regarding copyright infringement. Our position on copyright infringement is clearly stated in our Terms of Use under the clauses “Restrictions” and “Digital Millennium Copyright Act” (DMCA) and we fully enforce them. If we conclude that the buyer’s complaint on copyright infringement is valid, we will ask you to refund the full amount to the buyer. We may also refuse you access to our web site and its tools. AML takes copyright issues seriously. Do not post any material on our web site that does not rightfully belong to you as that will compromise our site’s credibility and integrity.

You also agree to hold AML free from any claims or legal encumbrances resulting from the buyer’s complaint.

If the buyer’s complaint relates to the delivery of the list, please read Clause 10 – Specific list Requirements – which stipulates that all digital information lists must be delivered within 24 hours of purchase, either by downloading, by e–mail attachment, or by web page.

Handling Disputes

If I have a dispute with a buyer, what do I do?

We require you resolve the dispute with the buyer directly. As we do try our best to maintain the highest quality standards, complaints should still be sent to us via our feedback form located in the “Contact Us” tab. We will take this complaint into consideration to improve our offerings on AllMarketingLists.com. However, all disputes shall be resolved independently of AML.

Policies and Agreements

What are your policies and agreements?

Our policies and agreements are described in detail in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. When you signed up, you were prompted to indicate your agreement to both these documents. By agreeing to both these documents, you become subject to rules and regulations that govern access to, and use of, the AML site as well as the resources, information and tools contained herein. These rules and regulations can be changed by AML at any time without prior written notice to you. The absence of prior notice does not exclude you from the rules and regulations that have been changed. Your original agreement is binding on all existing and future policies and agreements and on all rules and regulations that are in effect or may come into effect.
AML’s policies and agreements also cover:

  • Registration – when you signed up and opened an account, you filled out forms that provide your contact information. This information is not, and will never be shared with third parties. Said registration forms enable us to send you information about lists and services AML offers and may offer in the future and will not be used for any other purpose.

  • Security – your personal information is protected at all times by AML. AML has implemented key measures that protect all users of our site against loss, alteration or illegal use of your personal information. No financial information is stored on our site. AML uses only certified secure servers that use the latest encryption technology to encode your personal data safely. Our site is protected by firewall and password security features.

  • Other sites – your use of the AML web site and its tools may lead you to other related web sites. These other sites may ask you for personal information in line with their terms of use and policy. Be aware that AML does not have control over what other web sites ask from you and therefore shall not be responsible for any of the information you provide to them. Once you go to another web site from AML and submit information to that other web site, AML is not able to control and manage the safety of your information.

  • Unsubscribing and opting out – you have the option to unsubscribe to our newsletter and mailing lists at any time. When you receive an e–mail from us, simply send it back with “unsubscribe” on the subject line. Or you can contact us and request that your personal information be deleted from our system.

Seller Support

What level of support can I expect from AML as a seller of information?

Once you set up your account and your lists have been approved by AML for publishing on its web site, you have full access to all of AML’s tools so you can manage your list(s) successfully.

Make sure that you provide complete data so that potential buyers will have the information they need to make a decision on whether or not to purchase your information. Refer to item #1 above under “Seller’s Guidelines” regarding the data you need to enter about your list.

You can also ask AML to decide how many and which pages of your list are to be viewed by potential buyers. It is up to you to describe your list in such a way that buyers will want to buy it. This means providing the unique features of your list and why it is an effective marketing tool and if available, what others have said about it.

Do you market your platform? If so, how do you?

We do all kinds of marketing for allmarketinglists.com – e.g. SEO, PPC, email etc. We’re always doing all we can to improve and market our services and the lists we post – this in turn carries on to benefit and market your lists.

Is there any place where I can take a tour without having to sign up?

Feel free to send us an email at info@allmarketinglists.com – we don’t have an online tour yet – but we can present a tour and show how our services work.

How long do you keep my list(s) on your web site?

We keep them on our web site indefinitely, until you decide to delete them or ask us to archive them

Why should I use AML?

AML makes it easy for buyers of marketing lists to come to one source for all their needs instead of visiting multiple web sites to find what they are looking for. AML plays a key role in facilitating and streamlining the information–gathering process. It collects, organizes and presents into one cohesive whole all of the information available on the Web, enabling buyers and users to search for companies and websites that provide information products and services. We also merge website information with web traffic data so that users can more accurately identify those websites and companies that best satisfy their requirements and to cut short their research time.

I wish to purchase a list but how do I know your lists are accurate?

Although we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the lists which third parties provide, our team adheres to the policy that only reputable, timely and relevant sources are used. We do due diligence by reviewing the lists. If they do not meet the minimum criteria that we set for marketing lists, we do not post them on our web site.

We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing a particular marketing list. We will do our best to get the answer from the source if we cannot answer it ourselves.

How often is the information updated?

Our team regularly reviews the validity and dependability of third party sources. However, the time frame in which these sources update their information varies.

Can I recommend a resource to add to this site?

Yes. At AML, we certainly encourage feedback and recommendations from our users. We will, however, need to carefully review and consider any resources recommended by users, but we cannot guarantee that they will be added to the site.

Will I receive unwanted emails from any of your resources?

You will not receive any unwanted emails from third party sources. You may receive information from AML occasionally, but you always have the option to opt out of these emails at any time.

Registration/Buyer Account

I want to buy a list posted on your web site. What steps do I take?

If you would like to buy or rent a list posted on our web site, go to the details page of the list of interest and click the green “Request More Information” button. We will connect you to the appropriate list manager or owner regarding buying or renting the list. If you have a general inquiry, you can just click “Request More Information” from the top right–hand corner of any page on AML.

Navigating through the system

Can you guide me in navigating through your system?

Navigating through our system is straightforward. When you’ve established your account and are ready to buy a list, click on the “Request more information” button on the page of the list you are interested in.

When you search for a list, The headings on the search results page are:

  • List Name
  • Description
  • Price
  • Number of Records
Click on the name of the list of interest in the “List Name” column to find out more about the list. It contains information as to the web site, price, usage, and publication date. As and when we receive more information, they will be posted so that potential buyers can learn more about the list. AML is doing its best to collect as much information about each list. On this list page, click “Request More Information” to be connected to your list of interest.

Receiving Your Service/Information

How will my information be sent to me after I purchase it?

Depending on which delivery options the seller has established, or has agreed with you, you will be connected to the list owner or list manager who will sell or rent the list to you.

Leaving Feedback

Where can I leave feedback?

You can leave feedback by clicking on “Contact Us”. You will be taken to a page showing contact details and a feedback form. Complete your feedback on the space provided and click on “submit.”

Paying for Service/Information

How do I pay for the list I wish to buy?

Once AML connects you to the list owner or list manager, you may speak to them regarding payment method. If you have any questions or concerns with the process, please send us an email at info@allmarketinglists.com.

Buyers’ Support

What level of support can I expect from AML?

AML offers full support to buyers, sellers and users. We also provide the tools to enable users to carry out smooth transactions. If there is any question we did not address in our FAQ, please feel free to send us an email at info@allmarketinglists.com and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Do you have any jobs I can apply for at AML?

AML is always looking for talented people. Click on “Careers” and you will be taken to a page listing our current requirements. You can also view other jobs by clicking on “view job listings”. We provide an applicant portal where you can find out about the status of your application.

How do I post a resume?

First you must sign up for an account in the careers section of the website. Once you have established your user id and password, you will have access to edit your profile. Once you are on your profile page, go to the resume section and click “browse”. Upload your resume and select save changes at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a message that your profile was created successfully. When you go back to your profile page, your resume file will be listed.

How long will my resume remain in the system?

All resumes will remain active in our database for six months. After that time period, they will be permanently purged from our system.

How do I submit an updated resume?

Once you are on your profile page, go to the resume section and click browse. Upload your updated resume file and select save changes at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a message that your profile was created successfully. This will replace the previous resume with the new resume. Only one resume can be listed in your profile.

Will I be contacted for an interview if I submit a resume?

You are not guaranteed an interview. Candidates who best match the job requirements will be contacted for an initial phone screening.

Can I look for a job with a specific title?

You cannot do a search for a specific word or title, but the list of job openings can be sorted by title. All similar job postings are grouped together to help simplify the search process.
