Overview

AML continues to update our website with both new and existing information that fits within the scope of our products and services. We are currently accepting information regarding stock reports and marketing lists. If after reviewing our site, you feel you have information that will enhance the AML experience for our clients, please submit your website to info@xypress.com. Our marketing team will review your site and determine its appropriateness. Upon approval from the marketing team, your site/information will be added to AML. Sellers Guide

You must have a registered account in order to begin the selling process with a distinctive user name and password. To set up an account, please go to the home page and choose sign in. Follow the online instructions to set up a new account. Once your account has been set up and confirmed, you will then be allowed to provide relevant material to the site. All material must be approved by the AML marketing team before any transactions may be made.

Getting Orders

As a provider of content to AML, we will put a great amount of time and energy in promoting our website. In so doing, we will also be promoting you as a vendor. Most of our focus will be on internet marketing and will concentrate on pulling the correct target market to the site so as to lead to a greater opportunity of a sale. We do not require a cross promotion, but encourage our vendors to list our website in any of their online content or advertising as they feel would be appropriate.

Delivering Services/Service Guarantee

Vendors are required to provide up front the terms of the sale for any products or services received by AML' customers. This is to include precise identification of product/service to be sold, receipt and/or shipment time frame of that product/service, and appropriate technical support if an issue arises. We ask that all downloadable or emailable purchases be delivered to the customer within a 24-hour period. We also ask that vendors provide a valid email address for our customers to make inquiries. If such inquiries are made, it shall be understood that the vendor will respond within a 24-hour period.

Resolving Buyer Issues and Complaints

Although AML does not have a built in guarantee to our customers, their satisfaction of the products/services they have purchased is important to us. If after a customer gives us a valid and proven reason to refund their money based on their transaction with AML, we will then deduct back any money paid to our vendors for said transaction. If issues continue to arise with the same vendor, we will discontinue our agreement with the vendor.

Fees/Payments

All vendors must have a valid Paypal account, along with a valid email account that corresponds to that Paypal account. Once the vendor has been accepted, they may begin listing their products/services immediately. The listing fee is twenty five cents (25¢) per product/service. Upon sale of the product/service, vendor will be charged a fify cent (50¢) base fee, along with a five percent (5%) commission of the final sale. All sales will go directly through AML. The sales amount, less any dues to AML as discussed above, will be paid to the vendor on a monthly basis. All payments will be made by the 15th of the following month to the provided Paypal account.

Feedback Between Buyer and Seller

Feedback will be received directly from the seller and not from a AML employee. All feedback remains on the website for other buyers to review, so it is important that you supply the service that you have stated you will offer. If there are multiple poor comments and feedback, AML will have the right to remove your site and no longer offer you as a provider of services. AML will in no way be able to change, either for the better or worse, any feedback left.

Handling Disputes

If a dispute occurs between the buyer and seller, it needs to be handled among the two parties.

Policies and Agreements

Please thoroughly read the AML Terms of Use Agreement as posted on the website to understand all terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as they apply to the AML website. We encourage all vendors to periodically review the agreement so they may stay abreast of any updates and/or changes made.

Seller Support

AML will act solely as a vehicle to sell the products/services the vendor has posted on our website. We will do our best to promote these services and to answer any questions you may have about us. The vendor will be responsible for the actual information posted on our site.
